How does it work?
1) Register your chapter here for the Gift of Life HOSA Challenge.
2) Once you’ve registered your chapter, you’ll receive an email with more information and a link for the Challenge Toolkit, which covers everything you need to know, including donation basics and how to get people signed up on the Michigan Organ Donor Registry.
3) Each chapter will also receive a custom Donor Registry link to sign up new donors online. Your registry link allows us to track how many donors you register and determine the winner of the challenge.
4) Gift of Life has provided a scorecard (shown below) with a list of activities designed to promote awareness of organ and tissue donation. A corresponding point value for each activity will also be listed. Your chapter will earn points by completing the activities and submitting the information via the Activity Submission Form.

How do you manage/turn in your activities, and where can chapters see their donor registry numbers and activity points?
Be sure to take a screenshot or photo of each activity and submit it via the Activity Submission Form. Keep track of the date you complete each activity. Don’t forget to include your Donor Registry link as part of each activity!
Chapters can see their donor registry numbers in real time here. Only registrations that take place between October 17th-November 4th will count for the Gift of Life HOSA Challenge.
