Credit Card Payment (For conference registration only)

Michigan HOSA offers a convenient way to pay for a conference online with a credit card. Please note that if you take advantage of our online payment service, a 3% fee is included in the price below. We are not authorized to take credit card information over the phone. If you are unable to pay with a credit card, please send a check to Michigan HOSA at 2121 University Park Dr., Suite 150, Okemos, MI 48864.

To make a payment:

Select the conference from the drop down arrow
In the text box, please provide the invoice number (if applicable) and your HOSA Chapter/organization
- NOTE: The invoice will not auto-populate, this is just for us to know who to credit the payment to!
PayPal will then prompt you to select a quantity on the next page. Please select the number of conference participants to reflect the invoices amount.
If you wish to pay for multiple conferences, select "Continue Shopping" and PayPal will direct you back to this page.

Regional Registration Fees

Registration fees for the Regional Leadership Conferences are $35 per competitor (Advisors are FREE). Conference registration should be sent to:

HOSA Affiliation Dues

HOSA affiliation dues (fees) are $20 per person. Please send affiliation fees to:

You can pay with a credit card through the HOSA Conference Management System (CMS). If you have payment questions about dues, please call 1-800-321-HOSA.

Each time a chapter affiliates a member through the CMS, they are responsible for paying the amount due, regardless if the student decides to not participate. The best practice is to have the $20 from the students BEFORE you affiliate them in the system. You can always go back and affiliate more members, but you CANNOT DELETE MEMBERS. No refunds will be permitted.

Middle School State Conference

The Middle School State Leadership Conference registration fee is $45 per competitor (Advisors are FREE). Conference registration should be sent to:
