2025-2026 Michigan HOSA Event Modifications
On this page you will find the links to the National HOSA Competitive Event Guidelines. Below each category and/or event is a link to the event modifications for the 2025-2026 regional leadership conferences. For ALL events, please read through the National HOSA event guidelines AND the MI HOSA event modifications.
MI HOSA specific reminders:
1) The Organizational Leadership Event is not offered in Michigan HOSA.
2) Recognition Events are ONLY for state and international conferences. Competitors can compete in as many recognition events they wish, in addition to their competitive event. Competitors do not need to qualify for SLC or ILC in order to compete in a recognition event.
3) National Geographic Learning ATC tests are ONLY for state and international conferences. The ATC tests for SLC will be completed online only. ATC tests are NOT offered at the regional level, and are only for secondary & Post-secondary members (not middle school).
4) As of 2025, Middle School members will only compete in the Middle School State Leadership Conference, and ILC if eligible. Middle School members can only compete in events eligible for middle school division.
